Blondell Shaw – Sales Trainer Profile

 An experienced and effective sales professional specialising in a range of Sales Training and coaching solutions, aimed at front line Business Development Sales Professionals and Sales Management.  

I started my career sales in the late 1980's.  About 10 years ago, I was persuaded by a colleague to go to Life Coaching seminar where I had my "light bulb" moment and realised that I wanted to learn and use some of the Life Coaching techniques to train, coach, motivate, develop and championing sales professionals in their sales prospecting activities - that  would be the job I wanted to get up for each day. 

After 3 years of part-time studying I gained the necessary coaching qualifications and now my goal is to build and lead a Coaching & Training Practice, dedicated to training, coaching & supporting frontline Business Developers.  I train and coach Sales Prospecting activities because I've found that it is the one area of the sales process that is an on going challenge; you either love it or hate it and It's an area where my skills, passion and experience can add real value - at any level.  Since starting Perfect-Fossicking in 2010, projects have included:

Career Training & Coaching – As part of the DWP Contract, working with newly unemployed Professional Executive Job Seekers, providing motivation, support and perfecting interviewing skills.

Sales Training and mentoring – Business Development for sales professionals (Business Travel).

Sales Training & Coaching – Retail and Corporate sales training for retail and corporate staff (Luxury Fragrance).

Sales Training – Commercial Property for surveyors to carry out business development activities.

Sales Training – Research Professionals who have a need to "develop" their selling and account management skills.

CRM sales operations consultancy, developing, implementing and training sales professionals on the new technology and new business (sales prospecting) activities and procedures. (Commodity Brokers).

Business development consultancy (an on going project) doing what I teach – sales prospecting, lead generation & appointments for a global business information publisher.

On-going Sales Prospecting Training & Coaching Projects, industries include Media, Retail ad Information Technology

Qualifications:  Coaching Certificate, Diploma & BTEC Level 3 in Coaching Practice Richmond Upon Thames College.
