I’ve trained and coached many professionals at different stages of their career.  What I have found is that I can add significant value in the following areas:

If you don’t have an up to date CV – A combination of training & coaching to produce a winning CV.  A CV that highlights your skills and capabilities.  This may include qualifications or progression into a supervisory role or into management or if you are considering applying for a different role within your current organisation.

If you are applying for jobs, but just not getting any response, again, I can help.  Together, we will look at where you are now, what you want and how to make your CV stand out to agencies, recruiters and hiring managers.

If you are successful at generating interest and being invited for first interviews, but not being short listed or offered the job, again I can help.

My approach is to offer a combination of training and coaching.  Training to provide you with the knowledge and coaching to get you where you need to get to.  Each training/coaching session is modular based; a typical career training session would focus on the following:

Realistic Goal Setting, Personalised Career Coaching and Mentoring, How to create a CV for maximum impact, understanding the "hidden job market" and the doors it can open, perfecting interview skills and techniques, action planning for the future.

I just wanted to say thank you for your workshop session & let you know how much it helped me. The day after your session I received details of an interview for a job - my first interview in 10 years. I practised the techniques that you had suggested in the workshop and went into the interview feeling extremely well prepared and confident.  The interview lasted 45 minutes and the feedback I received was great - I was told that I had explained & presented my previous job roles and transferable skills better than any of the other 8 applicants that they had seen so far that day. Practising and rehearsing 2 -3 minute sections about who you are, what you did and what you can bring to the role was extremely valuable.

The outcome of this interview is that I started my new job today.  The job is not the one I interviewed for either - based on my interview & previous experience, the company thought that I would be more suitable for a more senior role than the one I applied for. A great success and one that your course certainly played a part in.
