Our Mentoring programme gently guides sales beginners and improvers through the sales process, introducing new techniques and concepts to build confidence and consistency. A Mentor is somebody who helps shape the outlook or attitude of an individual. A Mentor usually has experience in the field so able to champion the individual, give practical advice, encouragement and support when needed.
